A Unique Escape
Our first ever date weekend away together was to Warburton. Ten years on, and here we are back in Warbie (as the locals say) and we have created a beautiful retreat to share this special part of the world with others.

Our house also provides you with easy access to the gravel riding trails around Warburton and the Warburton-Lilydale rail trail, perfect for exploring on two feet or two wheels. The O’Shannassy Aqueduct trail is also near by, where walking or riding gives a stunning experienced looking over the valley and town of Warburton Regardless of your skill level or preferences, there is a trail suited to everyone. Warburton has expansive wilderness trails offering world-class descents and beautiful green trails closer to town.
Warburton is only 80 kms from Melbourne and gateway to the Yarra Valley with mountain and adventures beyond – wineries and local food produce, snow peaks, the mountain bike park, the Redwood forest, hiking, fishing, 4WDing and more.

Mountain Bikers Paradise
This is a quiet location close to all amenities. Currawong House has been set up by mountain bikers for mountain bikers with all the features you’d want including lockable bike storage and workshop, bike wash, new beds with multiple set up options and warm doonas, a place for everyone’s riding gear, plenty of hot water, and one of the best decks in Warburton for you to soak up the sun and mountain views after your ride.
If you're looking for accommodation in Warburton for your next Warburton mountain biking adventure, you can't go past Currawong House perched above the middle of Warburton overlooking Mt Little Joe, Mt Tugwell and Mt Bride with with a 5 minute ride to the bike shops and cafes. It’s an extra few minutes to the Warburton trailhead ‘Uptown’ departure point.
